Booking Policy
For our new clients
Welcome. We want to make your appointment special. If there is anything we can do for you, such as adjusting the volume of the music, or the temperature of your room, don’t hesitate to let us know.
We suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes before your first visit, so you can complete your consultation card. If you have any medical conditions, allergies or are taking medication, please let us know before your treatment.
Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice, you will need to pay 50% of your appointment fee. If you don’t show up for your appointment, a 100% fee will apply.
Running late?
We want you to enjoy the full experience of your treatment. Arriving late will reduce your appointment time, so please ensure that you arrive on time.
Payment options
We accept cash, EFTPOS, MasterCard and Visa.
The minimum EFTPOS transaction is $20.
